The sun is shining, cruisin with the top down. I got a ton of sleep last night! 10 hours! So I'm a happy girl today..

5:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 large apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup

6:45 am most of a double espresso latte..

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat

8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Kiwi Strawberry. Usually I put a drop of food coloring in this cuz it's not colored.

9:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

10:05 am part of a salad: 3 oz tilapia from last night and a cup of that Santa Fe cold salad reheated..

10:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half

12:35 pm the rest of that salad

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin and Mango Tea

2:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg

2:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Peach Mango Energy Caffeinated

4:00 pm 1 small orange

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Green Berry Rush

6:00 pm barbequed chicken sandwich on a sandwich thin with a tiny bit of barbecue sauce..and 1/2 cup mashed potatoes and margarine and parm cheese.

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1499
Fat: 61.8
Carbs: 124.0
Protein: 128.7

Not too bad.
 
With Hubby quitting smoking, I'm trying to stay up beat and keep positive. He's not having too bad a time of it and he's not all that cranky but it's still early. He quit on Sunday so this first couple weeks can be hairy..

10 hours of sleep; that is awesome! I average 7-8 but have only got 5 the last few nights. I am going to be in bed by 10 tonight! Congratulations to hubby! Istarted the day off  terrible today but tomorrow will be a do over!
0730- a donut!
0900-carbmaster yogurt
1000-apple
1130-lc wrap, rf ceasar dressing, chicken, parmeson, and romaine
1330-3 bite size min kit kat
1500-string cheese, half bag baked lays and 8 strawberries
1745-2 slices delite chicken artichoke papa murphy pizza
2030-serving sf ice cream and a sf ff chocolate cupcake- not a full size cupcake the mix should of made 24 but it made almost 40. I do not fill the cups up far enough or I did something else wrong.
forgot all my vits and such! I think I got all my water and I walked this morning with my sis I think we did 3 miles.

You know, I just love do-overs..If I got caught up in thinking that I really mucked up and started kicking myself into the corner..I'd be in the same boat as I was when I was fat..Just getting fatter cuz I felt so crappy about what I'd done to myself..I think that's the difference with me now..Before there were no do-overs..now I count on them.

A donut? really? LOL..You make me want to laugh..Remember before surgery, when you'd have a donut and get so mad at yourself, you'd eat half a dozen more just because you were mad? Maybe that was just me..I think that's where the do-overs are the best thing..tomorrow I can start over and do better, or at least try.

I used to "stalk" the break room whenthere were doughnuts there. i woud watch for no one to be in the room and go inhale another one. Working 12 hour shifts there was a lot of time to inhale!
I had a great day Thursday and today is off to a good start!

Me TOO! I used to inhale another one so quickly that I felt like I didn't have one at all...wipe away all evidence and then someone would say "Isn't anyone going to eat these?" and I'd have another..Making me feel all the more guilty! Yikes! This is exactly what an addict does!
