I'm not at all sure what is wrong with my brain today. Just really foggy minded! Vitamins, and more vitamins..maybe I'm short on something..
5:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 large apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:45 am most of a double espresso latte...not all of it
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Passion Fruit and Strawberry
8:30 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
9:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
10:00 am part of a tuna salad: 1 can tuna packed in water, Santa Fe Salad from the other day without the sour cream
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
I didn't buy a drink at Starbucks today..trying to save my money!
12:45 pm the rest of that tuna salad
1:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
6:00 pm 4 oz tilapia (fried w/o coating) 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with milk only, 1/2 cup frozen peas cooked
Dessert will be: a half a sf fudgecicle and probably some honey roasted peanuts
