Accountability - Sunday
Boy I messed up really bad today..I knew eating something at Costco wasn't gonna be the best choice but, I planned on eating only half and ate the whole thing..yikes. Then he didn't really wanna go to our daughter's house for dinner but I talked him into it..better to get out of the house than sit around.
Dear hubby informed me that today, he's quitting smoking so the day was totally turned upside down so that he was kept busy..
Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, sugar free syrup
coffee
double espresso latte with plain soy milk
Lunch: Costco Carne Asada Bake (looked it up when I got home..740 calories..yeah, I should have eaten half!) but the protein was 50..wow..should have eaten only half..
Snack (obviously before I looked up the bake..) 1 cup Santa Fe Salsa Salad, 4 oz cooked ham
Snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 slice turkey ham
Dinner: 1/3 burger patty and 1 medium corn cob, grilled..
Oh yeah, totally too much today:

Yeah, not my finest day. Still all in all, I hit my marks on protein for sure..alittle high on the carbs but the calories was the real problem..
I'll do better tomorrow! How did you do?

1000-scrambled egg beaters, veggie sausage, and a heart smart blueberry pancake w sf apricot preserves
1400-2 slices papa murphy delite pizza
1800-salmon,1/2 baked potato, small corn on the cob, green salad
2000-2 sf ff choc cupcakes no frosting-used the Pilsbury sf cake mix and used applesauce and egg beaters in place of eggs and oil.
2200-watermelon,string cheese and rf triscuits
all my water and such went for a long hilly walk with my sister.
