Accountability - Saturday
Lazy day today..didn't do much..grocery shopping and some laundry..mostly nothing. Being bored makes me hungry..not a good thing!
I had four containers of water today, and a giant cup of ice water right before dinner..all my vitamins too.
Breakfast: 1/4 serving waffles with strawberries and sf pancake syrup
Double espresso latte and added coffee
2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices tomato (hubby got the biscuits and gravy so no toast for me).
24 oz container of water while shopping
24 oz container of water while driving home
Lunch: 1 cup of Santa Fe Salad with 4 oz chicken breast and 1/2 oz sour cream (normally the salad would have the chicken and sour cream in it but I wanted more protein)

Snack: Natural Valley Peanut Butter Granola Bar, some popcorn..but not alot cuz I made the wrong kind. Butter flavor is WAY salty. I wanted Kettle Corn which doesn't have as much salt but is alittle sweeter..
Snack: 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
Dinner: turkey burger with added ham and cheese and mayo on a sandwich thin.
Hmm. May need dessert. Possibly a banana and peanut butter but that's not included in the totals:
