accountability - Friday
We had to put our female cat outside. I was rudely awakened with a wet spot (pee) on my bed at 4:45 this morning..So she's officially an outside cat now. Too bad, she's pretty just very stupid..My daughter warned me that I better take her to the pound so we'll be doing that tomorrow..If I can re-catch her tonight, she'll spend the night in a dog crate for the night in the back room and we'll run her in in the morning.
My eats for Friday:
5:00 am coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, s/f pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso latte with plain soy milk and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Caramel
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:15 am part of a tuna salad: 1 large cucumber, 2 roma tomatoes, 1 oz wishbone italian dressing, 1 can water packed tuna
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Peach Mango Caffeinated
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half creamer
12:45 pm the rest of that tuna salad..
1:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
3:20 pm 2 small oranges, raw
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, SoBe Living Way, Strawberry Banana
6:00 pm turkey and gravy banquet meal, mashed potatoes, cooked peas from frozen

Not bad..not great but there might be somethign for me to eat for dessert..I'll be alright!
