So the last three days off have totally set my scheduling on it's side..Tuesday and Wednesday I could hardly consider off track but mostly so. Today I didn't do much in an attempt to rest up for tomorrow..It's been a whirl wind week for me..tiring.

Today I got 5 - 24 oz containers of water and several cups of tea. When the weather is hot like this (in the 100s) the more water the better! Unfortunately, I was really bad about getting all my vitamins in..Probably got in 3 days of vitamins in 5 days..

Eats were today:

1/4 protein waffles with 1/2 large apple and sf pancake syrup

coffee

2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices toast without the crust, 2 slices bacon and 2 slices tomato

coffee

1/4 lb turkey burger on a sandwich thin with mustard

Dinner: 5 oz left over ham with mustard

for dessert: a banana I bought today..with some peanut butter

totals for the day:
Calories: 1564
Fat: 83.3
Carbs: 105.1
Protein: 111.8

Not bad..But tomorrow is gonna be a better day..

I enjoyed my day off! Lazy the first half and busy the last half. Nephews came over and carried some stuff up to the attic and brought down the patio furniture for me. Our summer is still not too hot; very windy this evening and it is supposed to be cooler and cloudy the next week or so.The back of the car is piled up with items for the Goodwill to be dropped off tomorrow. We are going to Auburn days tomorrow; lots of kid activities. The weather is not supposed to be that great but that is okay DD got a nasty sunburn at a pool party after the last day of school on Tuesday. Went to a pool party right after scholl, I put sunscreen on her before school but that did not help obviously 5 hours later. DD forgot about putting on more; I wrapped the sunscreen in her swimsuit, and none of the adults there thought to put any on her.
0930-1 slice ww bread, fried egg and slice of swiss
1400-grilled chicken sandwich from McD with top bun removed and some fries
1630-rf wheat thins and 1/2 c raspberries
1845-burger patty, sweet potato, brocoli
2100-sf ff rootbeer float
all my water and such.
