Days off of Accountability - Tuesday & Wednesday

These are technically days off but I have been thinking through my choices..I started both days with my protein waffles and ate a protein rich lunch..then for dinner we've been eating with my relatives from Montana..Yesterday my brother and sister in law had the privilege of serving dinner..steak, baked potatoe (not for me), fruit salad and macaroni salad (my only bad-bad)..and for dessert: strawberries and sugar free cool whip..yum! I even had all my water..unfortunately, I fell behind on the vitamins..I can still catch up but it won't be very pretty..

Today the same deal with the protein waffles,  cheese and turkey ham, lunch was a cheese burger wrapped in lettuce..and for dinner: baked ham and some left over salads from the last week or so with family..I believe I'm up on water..

I think I did really good..all things considered..

Thursday will be the day to recover and friday will be back to work.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I cannot remember yesterday but here goes for today so far.
0700-muscle milk light
0930-oatmeal w splenda
1300-turkey chili and 6 saltines
1430-banana
1630-microwave popcorn
1800-lc tortilla, 2% cheese, chicken, salsa and rf sour cream
2100-sf, ff root beer float
all my water and such
