I had the BPD/DS in Dec 2003 and lost 125 lbs with a regain of 20 lbs. I have bloating and gas issues no matter what I eat and no matter how many Beano I use before eating. I have not been back to my Dr for about 3 years due to loss of insurance and retirement. Can anyone suggest something i can try to help with this problem, it has gotten worse this past year or so. TIA

A couple of things come to mind.  Are you eating any refined carbs such as bread or sugar?  Many people find that those, especially things with white flour, can cause problems.
A few things you can try.  One is an elimination diet.  Cut out everything except protein.  Hopefully your gas issues should stop.  Then slowly add back food, one at a time.  Give it at least a day before you add something else.  If the gas starts up again you should be able to pinpoint which foods you are sensitive to.  Aside from the carbs many people find themselves lactose intolerant.
You can also try probiotics.  It seems that many swear by Primal Defense Ultra.  That will help re populate your intestines with good bacteria.  You may also need a course of Flagyl first to kill off any bad bacteria if your problem is bacterial overgrowth.  After finishing the Flagyl you can start the probiotics to get the good bacteria which should help keep the bad bacteria from overgrowing.
You said you haven't been to your Dr for about 3 years?  Are you getting your labs done?  Are you still supplementing?  You need to get your labs done ASAP to make sure you are healthy.  It can be very dangerous to be deficient.  I could tell you stories about what happens to people who don't take their supplements.  I was one and my life was miserable.  I was so sick I couldn't function.  I had a revision and it has been a year and I am still recovering.
Here is a list to give you an idea of what you need to be taking.
