Monday Weight In and Accountability

I haven't been doing very well with following the rules and getting the weight off I have gained back off. Newbies, just be careful and watch for transfer addictions. I am sure I have gained most of this weight because I have been drinking. I also was on depo for six month and I am sure that didn't help either.
I just pray for today Creator that I achieve the following
1) No consuming high carb food
2) take in 70 grams of protein
3) Not drink
4) Drink 64 oz of water
5) Exercise for 1 hour.

(HUGS)))  yeap./ Been there... still working on it. But now - I can pass the alcohol isle in the store without a problem.
And I can sleep without sleeping aid.
BTW: while trying to give up drinking - some evenings or nights you may feel very uneasy, anxiety may be high. What helped me was to try to get to bed early. And take, if needed something that may help you fall asleep ... like benadryl (1/2 of it may do it for me now if needed). 
Also magnesium before bed is great.
