Accountability - Monday
Ah Monday. The boy and two of his friends will be watching the girl's house for most of this week and it was my job to deliver them this morning to her house..so I had to take the Durango instead of the convertible..Those are some BIG boys! and all their toys too! Sunday was the 24th anniversary of my first date with my husband..It's so sweet that he remembered! I didn't at all!
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 batch protein waffles, 1/2 large apple 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds
6:30 am double espresso latte, plain soy milk and splenda mocha
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Chai
8:40 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
10:00 am 1 Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Nut Peanut Granola Bar
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, SoBe Living Way Strawberry Banana
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda - could have used a refill but they were out..oh well!
1:00 pm 2 oz stewed chicken thigh, 2.5 oz tri tip steak left overs, 1 cup cooked cabbage, 1 cup cooked baby carrots
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix, Morning Spark grapefruit caffeinated
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Mango Pineapple Stevia Sweetened
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian punch Orange
5:30 pm 1/2 a large bell pepper and about 2/3 cup cooked lean ground beef
6:00 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts (should have skipped these..)

Tomorrow I promise to eat a whole apple..or at least try to..No more peanuts tonight... Maybe some nice warm tea or something but no more peanuts..

Monday is over already! Busy day at work; I was going to finish one project when another one landed in my lap tha was more interesting so I worked on it instead. I don't know if I am behind or ahead now; maybe it is a draw!
0730-muscle milk light

1430-other half roast beef panini
1845-brocoli and spaghetti pie
2100-???? snack of some sort I am sure
all my water and such and a 2.5 mile run. I ran while dinner cooked.

We haven't seen Leila in a few days. I hope she's okay too. I never get as much walking as you get running! I'm just too lazy! and my allergies are killing me today..

I tend to read here but not post and since I fight the nighttime food demon, here goes my Monday:
- Vanilla Click and skim w/ice in blender on the way to gym
- 45 min of cardio (30/15 running/stairs)
- cottage cheese with sf pudding mix, sf coolwhip, and pineapple tidbits
- cheesestick and almonds
- baked chicken over greens, with red onion, mandarin oranges in juice, almonds, and light toasted asian sesame dressing
- mints
- lots of sf gym
approximately 130 oz of water/Crystal Light today.

With all that exercise, I'm sure nighttime snacking does happen. If you watch Mary's lists (Morgansmommy)..she does alot of exercise and NEEDS all those carbs..Carbs are fuel for your muscles.
The only suggestion that I can give you is to pair protein with each carb that you eat so if you eat some carbs at night, make sure you have some protein with it..Lots of water too.
