Nice day today. The big cruise in was free today so that's what we did. The walking and interesting cars and the heat...a really good day. I wish the weekend was longer but ... its not.
Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 large apple, sf pancake syrup and butter buds
24 oz drink mix with ice
2nd breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slice tomatoes, 2 slices rye toast without the crust

Snack small serving of ribs and 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

Dinner: 1/4 lb burger patty with cheese and bacon on a sandwich thin. 5 french fries
So I'm nearly ready for bed since those french fries are getting me feelign sleepy..

Protein: 92.5
Protein: 26% and Carbs: 27% I've had better days for numbers!
