Gaining or never got to goal?
70% protein is really hard on your kidneys. I hold between 30 and 40% protein, 1 gallon of water a day and let the carbs be good carbs and not white. Severly limit bread, pasta, rice..Good carbs are good so the number is just not as important as the type of carbs that are consumed..
I do occasionally eat too many carbs but once in a while isn't going to gain you weight. One of the girls on the Accountability thread eats extra carbs because she runs, bikes, zumba ... she needs the carbs. I don't do cardio or strength training and I should..

Low carb, high proteins and god fats work for me.
Some complex carbs still cause my BS to be out of control and then I get RH.
I elimiated most (if not all) starchy carbs from my eating plan. proteins, non starchy veggies, and low sugar fruits (mostly berries) are my staple food now. So much to eat ... so little time...
