Accountability - Wednesday
I hit the ground running this morning..Woke up later than normal but managed to pull it all together and get enough done before I left for work and was jumping again..Rush is the word today..rush rush..That and Caffeine..Two words that go together!
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 batch protein waffles, 1/2 large apple 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds
6:30 am double espresso latte, plain soy milk and splenda mocha
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Bavarian Berry
8:00 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
11:15 am 1/2 cup raw baby carrots
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half
1:00 pm 2 salisbury steaks from left overs (actually these were 1 salisbury steak and 2 riblets but i can't get the stats on the riblets so...)
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry - I had one set up with caffeine but decided I've had enough of that for today!
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Mango Pineapple Stevia Sweetened
6:00 pm 6 oz pork chop and 1/2 serving of whole wheat crackers

wow..too much pork chop for dinner..I didn't want salad and didn't want potato so I ate the crackers..now I'm not feeling so good!

I bet the day went fast with all that rushing! I was in an all day meeting tha dragged by ever so slowly.

1200-1C 3 bean chili 4 saltines and 2 Snackwell cookies
1400-cottage cheese and a fruit cup
1800-scrambled eggs, rf cheese, bacon, salsa, 110 cal bagel thin lite butter sf jelly
2000-probably animal crackers major craving for them right now!
all my water and such, 4 mile brisk walk, should of ran but sister wanted to walk so I chose companionship over a solo run.I am going to try and get up early for a spin class before work so I can just come home and finish laundry and such. It would be nice to start the weekend without a pile of dirty clothes!
