Godd evening ladies. Trying to make an early night of it.

Today:
10am blueberry pancakes, sf syrup
11am protein drink
1pm shrimp stir fry and sf pudding
5pm bean burrito, pinapple and yogurt
8pm bread, cream cheese and sf cookies (I was just plain hungry.)

today's totals:
calories: 1397
protein: 72 grams

all fluids and vitamins

better than yesterday. Thank you God.

Sometimes you just have to eat stuff..just because. And bread before bed (or cookies in my case!) make me sleep better. The only problem is, they make me hungry as CRAZY in the morning!
 
I think my beagle is retired now! She loves to lay in the sunshine..I wish I could retire like my beagle! Busy day for me today..I hardly had time to snack let alone get enough water. Sheesh...I even completely missed a meeting this afternoon..good thing the rest of the people forgot about it too! LOL.

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 

6:00 am 1/4 batch protein waffles, 1/2 large apple 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds
 

6:30 am double espresso latte, plain soy milk and splenda mocha
 

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Bavarian Berry
 

8:15 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
 

10:00 am 1 medium orange raw

11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Lemonade (cuz I was getting the munchies like CRAZY! but didn't want to start on my lunch.

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf w/half n half

1:00 pm 1 cup green cabbage cooked, 4 oz chicken breast stewed and some carrots (all left overs)

1:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

3:50 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry

6:30 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger with bacon, tomato, mayo and spicy brown mustard..

nice numbers..alittle high but the numbers are always high when I have a hamburger at night. and the carbs are higher..I think the bacon made me thirsty..I'm parched!

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
