Glad to hear that Candy is doing better. I never got logged in last night, but I did restart my food diary. Yesterday I totaled about 1541 calories and 74 grams protein.

Today:
9am cottage cheese, applesauce and protein drink.
2pm (I went back to sleep after class) tomato soup with milk, banana smoothie, SF pudding
3pm pinapple ring
5pm SF pudding
6pm cottage cheese and applesauce
8pm peanuts and more SF pudding
9pm pinapple

today's totals:
calories: 1580
protien: 85 grams

all fluids and vitamins

not exactly a stellar day, but still, getting back on track is good.

It looks like you did pretty good. I got lazy last night.

After the week I had I was trying to be good. I fed Candy and got her meds all in..she's relegated to indoors for a while so I have to walk her..several times a day so I'm staying pretty active. She even started to run after a rabbit yesterday..forgot herself and then stopped and looked at me like she wasn't sure she was okay to do that or not..if she feels like it, I figure yeah..

I kept good track of my intake yesterday but we needed a break so we went to a local car show. We got one free Tri-tip meal with the car we took to the show so I got to eat that..Lots of walking and picture taking. I was about 800 calories before that meal and it was about 5 oz of tri-tip roast beef, salad, italian dressing (I don't think it was low cal), a cup of ice tea with lemon and splenda, a 1/2 cup of chili beans and a small sliver of garlic bread..I was STUFFED..oh, and before dinner, a 16 oz regular coffee w/ plenty of creamer.

I got alot of my fluids in..didn't get any of my vitamins in..oops.

All in all, the weekend is going well. I'll be nervous as hell going back to work leaving Candy at home with *the boys.*..so I'm trying to let her be her normal beagle self today: going outside for more time..we'll see how I do..LOL.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
