Accountability Thursday
Dawn and Mary. I have been missing you both. Dawn sorry to hear about Candy. Hope all is okay.
I have been through a bumpy time for the last couple of weeks. I cannot remember the last time I logged in and haven't keep my food diary for over a week. Was in the hospital but I'm back home now. I decided that I needed to go on a liquids and soft food diet for a week to give myself a "rest". I started today and did great until 5pm... I plan to try again tomorrow. I also hope to get a new food diary printed up and start recording again.
Glad to be back "home" at "Accountability". Look for you tomorrow.

1230-bagel thin,turkey,rf swiss, 100 cal pringles
1630-animal crackers and an apple
1800-teriyaki chicken, gyoza and steamed veggies
2000-small piece of cake
2200-turkey jerky
all my water and such! No exercise. I have a busy stressful day at work tomorrow, I am ready for the weekend!

I'm okay..Candy is doing alittle better..but still not drinking.
We'll worry about paying the credit card bill later. I got to visit my beagle girl Thursday morning and Thursday evening and I can see an improvement. They're thinking one more day and she might be eating. They're pricing the medication in groups and not individually so that's saving me some money but it's still a big chunk of change! So long as she comes home and sleeps on my bed, that's what I'm hoping for!
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 batch protein waffles, 2 large strawberries 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds
6:30 am double espresso latte, plain soy milk and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut
8:30 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
9:00 am 12 oz drink mix, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated left over from last night.
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Natural Lemon Tea
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half
1:30 pm warm salad: 4 oz stewed chicken breast with sauce, 1 cup cooked cabbage
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix, GV Strawberry
3:30 pm 1 medium apple, 2 tablespoons peanut butter
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
7:00 pm 2 ribletts from a frozen meal, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 4 cauliflowerettes
That's all but I'm feeling pretty good..No totals but I figure less than normal..Yes, I've lost another pound!

I can feel your pain with stress and the bumpy time..With my dad and the funeral and my dog and the stress at work with hours being cut..I'm insane with stress..I'm glad you're feeling better. I'm sorry you were hospitalized..You need to give yourself some slack on doing well...you've been through the ringer and I have too..
