All in all not a bad day..I got up early and did a bunch of walking for shopping. I think my shoes are bothering me..I feel sore after wearing them and walking..The wind came up so doing work out side today was totally out..

Coffee

Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 medium apple, 1/3 serving sugar free pancake syrup

Double espresso latte

Second Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 3 slices tomatoes and another cup of coffee

2 containers of water..one with caffeine

Snack: 1 oz jack cheese

Lunch: 5 oz pork rib meat (left over from last weekend)

1 container of water

Dinner: 1/4 lb super lean ground beef patty with 1 slice bacon, 3 small slices tomato and a slice of processed cheese, 1 Tablespoon mayo on a sandwich thin..We've had these several times this week and I never get tired of them!

Nothing planned for dessert but possibly a fudgecicle..and another container of water..maybe even warm tea!

Calories: 1497
Fat: 83.9
Carbs: 75.4
Protein: 118.4

Those are good numbers! The fudgecicle will add about 40 calories..still, not bad

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
