Accountability - Friday
Ready for a long weekend? I sure am..Our computer system has been down all week and I'm finding it really difficult to keep busy at work. I even went so far as to fill in my new LabTracker that I got from a friend on facebook..it's designed for us WLS patients to keep track of our lab results and it gives a really good description of the reasons for the results..I'm actually looking forward to this July when I see if quiting the oral hormones changes some of my levels this year!
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 batch protein waffles, 1 cup papaya 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds
6:30 am double espresso latte, plain soy milk and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut
8:00 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat
8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Mango Pineapple Stevia Sweetened
10:45 am warm salad: 4 oz chicken breast baked, 1 cup green cabbage cooked, 1/2 small tomato, 1 oz honey dijon dressing
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
12:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Red Tea Mandarin
2:15 pm 1 medium apple raw
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry
7:00 pm 2 cups cooked cabbage, 2 cups spaghetti sauce with lean ground beef added
7:30 pm 1/2 sf fudgecicle..
I stopped by my step mom's place tonight to talk with her about the grave marker for my dad. I was happy that she included me in the decision! And then from there we stopped by my step sister's new (to them) house..It was a really nice visit..Oh, and I finally mentioned something to a co worker about the cologne they wear being too strong..It gives me a headache! I'm ready for the weekend now..totally caught up.

I was doing really well until dinner. The carbs in the spaghetti sauce put me way over the top..oh, and the fudgecicle..that was not exactly protein rich either! LOL.

I have had a crazy day, all day fiekd trip, then dinner with five 11 year olds! They are upstairs practicing a skit right now. When they are done we will do cake and gifts, few games then they are going o watch Gnomeo and Juliet in their sleeping bags. I am ready for bed.
