Accountability - Monday
The weekend was a mess with not being able to get on and post foods to fitday..I'm sad that I depend on the internet that much that it messes up my life when I can't..I shouldn't count on any one thing that much! I think it might not be healthy! Well, I'll trudge on and see what this week brings. I think my insides are tired because I've gained 2 pounds and having really done much different..It bothers me but I'm trying to put it out of my mind..again, the week will get back to normal and I'll be fine!
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 batch protein waffles, 1 cup papaya 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds
6:30 am double espresso latte, plain soy milk and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Hazelnut chocolate
8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Kiwi Strawberry
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
11:00 am salad: 5 oz turkey burger patty cooked, 2 cups lettuce, 2/3 medium tomato, 2 oz zesty italian done right
11:30 am 12 oz decaf with half n half
1:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Dragon Fruit Caffeinated
2:00 pm 1 medium orange
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice , Hawaiian Punch Orange
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice,
6:30 pm 4 oz polish sausage, scalloped potatoes from a package and canned spinach
7:00 pm 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
Time for bed here soon..I'm still exhausted from the weekend..and I'm forgetting things..on top of that, dh is forgetting things too. I think the turmoil from the weekend has caught up with us..

Good...back to normal. I got enough water today. AFter days of not enough water and barely my vitamins and no real exercise..I'm going to feel better by this weekend. Oh, and this next weekend is a four day weekend for me too...my very last furlough day for the fiscal year. Then they can figure out how they're gonna save money in the 11/12 fiscal year..It probably won't be good for me but we'll have to wait and see.
All in all, the week is looking up!

I have a 4 day weekend too; taking Friday off for DD birthday. Her class is having an all day field trip, so I am going to assist with that. I am taking DD and 5 of her friends home with me form the field trip, then to The Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner, then back home for a sleep over. But have so much to get done at work first! Today was the last of three all day conferences.

When you go to restaurants, are you familiar with the menu ahead of time and plan what you can eat or do you go with nothing in mind and decide when you get there? I get so aggitated when we have to eat somewhere that I'm not familiar with..I guess I just really like knowing what is available to eat before I get there..creature of habit, I suppose.
