Accountability - Saturday - Non-existant
I cant' remember what I ate yesterday..LOL.
Our internet went out just as I was gonna calculate what I ate..I was at about 600 calories and about 70 grams of protein before dinner and I ate a pork rib and a turkey burger patty with mayo..
I did okay, I think..I'm on the neighbors internet (with permission) so I have to cut it short. I just wanted to check in and let you know, I'm still here..
Take care of yourselves..while the internet is down, I'm reading "Eat it Up" by Connie Stapleton..great book about after WLS surgery and the mental aspects..I know I can always use help in that area!
