First day of my bereavement..Talked to my mom and a cousin about the obituary..it looks really good. One of the girls that I invited to the rosary and funeral told me it was in the paper this morning so I got a look at it..Looks good! I can tell my step mom is seriously hurting..I told her to call me if she needs me. Her voice broke once during the conversation and I told her we are all hurting..This is gonna be a really hard weekend!

My eats for the day:

2 cups of coffee with Swiss Miss

1/4 serving of protein waffles (fresh made this morning!) and sugar free pancake syrup

1 cup coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

double espresso latte

2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon, 4 slices tomato

later in the day, a handful (1 oz) honey roasted peanuts

Dinner: stuffed bell pepper, homemade.

I got my vitamins, but missed alot of water..seriously only got in one container of water so that's something I'll work on tomorrow.

Well, again, tomorrow is another day. The rosary is at 7 pm so I have all day tomorrow to do some mending and house cleaning. We borrowed a cat last weekend and that demon animal has been spraying the back room and our rugs. At least right now, it's stuff I can put in the washer!

Dawn, sounds like you are doing as well as can be expected and taking it one day at atime.
Why would you borrow a cat; send it back!
0730-muscle milk light,piece of light banana bread
1230-chicken breast, marinara, parmeson, ,ixed vegetables
1600-baked cheetos
, 2000-light banana bread post gym
2030-marinated skirt steak,sweet potato, brocoli
I will probably have a skinny cow before bed, I need to start tracking my food and exercise again. The daily plate was acting funny for awhile and I got out of the habit;again.

tons of water today, all my vits and such. 45 minute spin class and then an hour on the treadmill walking at 4 mph and an incline of 2.5 for 30 minutes then 3.5 mph at 3.5 incline for 30 minutes.
I have over two hours at the Y on Wednesdays while DD id in Jazz and Tap. I have had a pretty good week of eating and exercise this week; maybe I am coming out of my slump!

LOL..It wasn't my idea to borrow him but since we have a female that we are having a problem with (peeing on everything, generally being a pain) we thought we'd have her have kittens and then get her fixed...maybe that would fix her..or whatever. Still, wasn't my idea. I'm really hoping she's already pregnant cuz I vote that we return him Saturday when we go over there for a barbecue..

I'm not sure I'm eating enough after I've posted my totals so I'm eating a bunch after that before bed. It's not helping that I'm awake till 10 pm either..
