Accountability - Tuesday
I hear today that the rosary will be thursday and the funeral will be friday..before that call I was pretty okay..then I fell apart! It's time to stay home and get my thoughts together..Today was all about keeping busy and getting everything done before I left today. My boss is out for the week on vacation and I hated to take my bereavement but I just can't keep it together anymore for work..so, I'll be at home the rest of the week..I emailed my list with the times home but it didn't come. Apparently the website for work is down..I'll be accessing tomorrow to set my email or not. I am not thinking about work right now! for once..
My eats:
coffee
protein waffles, apple, sf pancake syrup and butter buds
coffee
espresso latte
24 oz container of decaf herb tea
5 slices dry salami and 1 oz
24 oz water and ice
24 oz water and ice
12 oz decaf with half n half
4 oz pork chop, stewed, 2/3 cup baby carrots cooked
24 oz water and ice
24 oz water and ice
dinner: banquet salisbury steak, mashed potato from dry instant (no butter) and broccoli flowerettes
Possibly a dessert. Actually, I'm doing pretty good! I think it's because I know and practice protein first and keep the bad addictive carbs to a minimum...good for me.
Now I have to warn you, If I do journal friday it will include alot of off track eating AND a crap load of alcoholic beverages..There will be a wake and it will be at the VFW and there will be booze and we will all be expected to partake..at least I know I will! dear hubby will be called into service to drive for sure. I will probably be sick on Saturday and drinking a LOT of water!

I have some nsa banana bread baking now. It was my grandmas recipe; I tweaked it a bit. Splenda insead of sugar, 1/2 ww flour instead of all white, egg beaters instead of eggs and I substituted fage for half the fat it calls for. I hope it taste good! I will have a piece before bed and take the majority of it to work tomorrow.
I like to report what I passed up. I went to a meeting and there were Krispy Kremes,choc chip cookies, frosted pink cookies, and mini brownie bites. What sadistic person thinks to bring all that crap to one meeting.
All my water and such and an hour on the readmill running and walking; 3.2 mile run and 1.5 walking on an incline. YAY for Hump Day tomorrow!
