Accountability - Friday the 13th

So on Friday the 13th I'm having a horrible day! I'm not superstitious at all but well, it was just BAD! Stress is the order of the day. I didn't even have time to whine about possibly losing my job. I found out that they have until Tuesday to let us know (45 days till the last day of work, apparently) I was waiting for a call on the condition of my father..he's in grave condition! So there went my appetite! blah!  
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  
5:30 am 1/4 batch protein waffles, 2 large strawberries 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds  
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  
6:30 am double espresso latte, plain soy milk and splenda  
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash decaf tea, Chocolate Hazelnut  
10:00 am 1 oz monterey jack cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat  
12:30 am chicken salad: 4 oz chicken breast (baked), 2 cups lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1.5 oz zesty italian dressing...seriously I didn't feel hungry until about 11:30 and it took me the whole hour to finish this. My daughter came to visit me and that helped..to talk about it.  
1:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Energy Dragon Fruit Caffeinated  
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Strawberry  
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango  
I went to see my dad. He was slipping in and out of a comma, not in any pain but it won't be long before he's gone. I'm glad I got to spend an hour with him..I've been really unable to eat on my own today. I started eating my lunch but was ready to give up when my daughter came to the office..totally by accident! She was headed home from work feeling ill and had two accidents on the road that detoured her in my direction..If that's not God working in the details!  
Dinner: 1/3 lb burger patty with processed cheese, mayo, 2 slices tomato and a sandwich thin..

With the day I've had..this was a super outcome. I got all my vitamins but I was afraid to walk away from my desk for fear that my sister was going to call my desk phone. I wore my cell phone on me all day AND my headset for my phone so that I could at least go to the bathroom..sigh..

I think I'm okay. I think I'm okay..at least I hope so.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

what a hard day you have had and it does not sound like it will impove any. Glad your dad is not in any pain, still hard to lose a parent. Both of mine pretty much dropped dead; two years apart. Hard not to say good bye but you do not have to watch it happen. Take it one hour at a time and try to rest and get your nutrition in.
0700- muscle milk light
0900-fage, strawberries, flax seed
1000-apple
1230-salmon burger with top bun removed, few sweet potato fries
1430-sf cookies

1830-teriyaki chicken, salad and 2 gyoza
2100-skinny cow
all my water and such. Used my Y time waiting in line to pay for my duaghters dance recital fees. 5K in the morning "Run Like a Girl" proceeds benefit the YWCA domestic Violence program.
