I joined this site 10 years ago when I was looking into having my RNY. I will be 10 years post op September 7th and have 20lbs that I want to get off! I finally found protein shakes that taste good and don't make me dump and am working out in a gym 6 days a week. I am really hoping to not only get off these last 20lbs I put on when I was pregnant but also to tone and drop my body fat %.
So here I am back after a few years ready to get support and give support!
