 I joined this site 10 years ago when I was looking into having my RNY. I will be 10 years post op September 7th and have 20lbs that I want to get off! I finally found protein shakes that taste good and don't make me dump and am working out in a gym 6 days a week. I am really hoping to not only get off these last 20lbs I put on when I was pregnant but also to tone and drop my body fat %.

So here I am back after a few years ready to get support and give support!

Welcome back!  I love to hear success stories like yours!  Of course you know what to do--and I cannot stress how important the exercise component is--and don't forget to incorporate some weight training....do not be afraid of weight.

I can only hope I will have your success after 10 years. You're an inspiration. I'm 5 years post-op with some regain, WHICH WILL COME OFF.
