Accountability - Friday
Any day that I can cruise into work with the top on the convertible down is gonna be a good day...I don't really care how bad the day really is! It was a good day anyway with a couple of minor bumps...nothing that sunshine won't cure! My granddaughter Haley called me from her mom's cell this afternoon. She never said anything but I knew it was her. When I called back, my daughter was so apologetic..no problem..I love it when Haley calls me! She's two..going on 12 I think!
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/4 protein waffles, medium apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am double espresso latte, plain soy milk and splenda
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Strawberry Passion Fruit
8:00 am 1 oz colby jack cheese, 1 pc turkey ham
8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Berry Limeade
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, MiO Strawberry Watermelon
11:00 am 1 salisbury steak from left overs, 1/2 cup cut green beans from left overs
12:00 pm 12 oz sf caramel, soy, frappuccino coffee (not sure of the stats but it didn't bother me so if it had any sugar it wasn't much).
12:45 pm 12 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Purple Smash
1:30 pm 1/2 cup lean ground beef cooked, 1/2 cup refried beans, 1/4 cup red salsa
2:30 pm 12 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Purple Smash
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Power Edge Strawberry Tangerine Caffeinated
3:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango Tea

6:30 pm 5 oz burger patty with cheese on a sandwich thin and four french fries.

We would drown up here if we drove in a convertible; it is still raining! I had a good day at work as well. Taught a class that went well and then finished several small projects so I am ready to tackle my big two projects next week.
0700-muscle milk light
1030-1/2 bagel, ham slice and 1 egg
1230-1/2 roast beef panini, apple and a sf cookie
1430-cottage cheese and diced peaches
1830-scrambled eggs w diced ham and cheese, 100 cal english muffin sf jelly
I am not sure what I will have later, not much left in the house. I need to shop this weekend!

I heard about that rain from my daughter. She lives in Port Orchard..yuk. I don't know what I'd do with that much rain and no sunshine..I need to go shopping too. I called to check on my friend who had back surgery to be sure she didn't need anything but there are some things we need. Actually, shopping is my exercise. We park a LONG way from the door and I push the cart..It's more fun than the gym for me..plus if it's sunny, the top goes down on the convertible and we take in a car show..more walking..
