Busy busy day today..Not even enough time to have proper snacks! but I managed..

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am 1/4 protein waffles, 3 large strawberries raw, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds

6:30 am double espresso latte, plain soy milk and splenda

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Strawberry Passion Fruit

8:00 am 1 oz colby jack cheese, 1 pc turkey ham

9:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Mango Pineapple Stevia Sweetened

10:00 am 1 small orange

10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half

1:15 pm salad: 4 oz chicken breast, baked, 1 cup lettuce, 1/2 medium tomato, 1/2 medium cucumber, 1 oz zesty italian dressing

2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, MiO Strawberry Watermelon

3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

4:10 pm 1 hard boiled egg

4:40 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, MiO Strawberry Watermelon

6:15 pm 2 burritos. 2 flour tortillas, 1 (about 1) cup lean ground beef, cooked, 1/2 cup (more or less) refried beans, some taco sauce and about 3/4 oz colby jack cheese..yum.

Dessert later: ice cream and honey roasted peanuts.

0600-muscle milk light-pre zumba
0800-wheat english muffin,eggbeater,mozarella cheese and a veggie sausage-"healthy breakfast sandwich"
1200-chicken taco salad minus the chips
1400-cottage cheese and diced peaches
1830-hamburger patty,100 cal english muffin sweet potato, brocoli
2100-4 mini oatmeal cookies and ritz chips-CARBFEST
I was in a carb coma by 1000! all my water and such and an hour of zumba.
