All in all a pretty good day..Since I'm notorious for forgetting my calcium in the afternoons, I switched it to the mornings and all my others in the afternoons..I think maybe that will help..maybe. Today is dear hubbies birthday. I'm in an especially good mood.
 
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
 
6:00 am 1/4 protein waffles, 3 large strawberries raw, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds
 
6:30 am double espresso latte, plain soy milk and splenda
 
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Caramel Chai
 
8:45 am 1 oz colby jack cheese, 1 pc turkey ham
 
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
 
11:00 am part of a salad: 5 oz baked spiral sliced ham, 1 cup lettuce, 1/2 medium cucumber, 1/2 medium tomatoe, 2 oz honey mustard dressing
 
11:45 am 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda
 
12:45 pm the rest of that ham salad..the honey mustard dressing totally made this! yum.
 
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Mango Pineapple Stevia Sweetened
 
2:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 medium tangerine
 
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
 
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin and Mango Tea
 
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with LOTS of ice, GV Energy Dragon Fruit Caffeinated
 
6:30 pm 4 oz grilled steak, 1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup canned green beans
 
The very last morsel of my sugar free Easter bunny. I've been nursing that thing for a week.

I have plenty of room for a dessert..I did alright

2 eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese, I use non-fat
1/2 cup plain soy milk  
1/3 cup Carb Quick Baking Mix
1 or 2 scoops Carb Thin Soy Protein Baking Mix.
.I've lowered it to 1 scoop to keep from going through it so fast about a 1/2 cup more liquid, water works  

This will make 4 waffles. Generally about 200 calories including the sugar free pancake syrup if you use about a 1/3 of a serving..I use that much cuz I don't like them swimming in syrup. CarbQuick and CarbThin I get at netrition.com on line.

Hope your hubby had a wonderful birthday! I had some strawberries and they were not good! I ate them anyway since i washed them and cut them; the squirt of whip cream made them edible. Busy day at work including a potluck and I did okay.
0700-premier protein drink
1000-apple, fiber one bar
1230-turkey, cheese, veggies, fresh fruit,wheat roll
1430-mini cupcake
1800-tilapia, sweet potato, brocoli
2000-ww ice cream bar
2100-100 cal english muffin, lite butter, 1 T PB and sf jelly
No exercise, light on water,all my vits.
