Accountability - Monday
Wow..I left my detailed list on my computer at work! LOL..I guess I left the office alittle too early today. Well, to the best of my recollection, after the fasting blood work (which they informed me at the lab wasn't necessary..fun times when I fast and I don't have to!)
After the blood work but before getting to work: coffee. 16 oz coffee with creamer and splenda
Breakfast: 1/4 protein waffle with peanut butter (2T) and sf honey.
another coffee with non-fat milk, just a splash and splenda
1 oz mozzarella cheese and turkey ham
24 oz drink mix with ice,
24 oz drink mix with ice,
12 oz decaf coffee with low fat creamer and splenda
3.5 oz cooked lean ground beef on a salad of lettuce, canned carrots, zucchini, ranch dressing
24 oz drink mix with ice
1 hard boiled egg
24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry
Dinner was a stuffed bell pepper with barbeque sauce and parm cheese
a raw tangerine for dessert (sort of..I still feel hungry..)
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1527
Fat: 102.4
Carbs: 48.9
Protein: 108.2

Glad you have your bloodwork behind you. I scheduled an appointment for myself for this Wednesday. I am expecting a order for bloodwork. I'll probably need to do it on Thursday. I'm kind of anxious for the results.
Today was going okay until 4pm and then the roof fell in..
started with omelet and turkey strips, coffee and protein drink. then pinapple, two hard boiled eggs, a cup of SF pudding and a 100 calorie treat.
I was still okay when I ate the 1/2 slice of flatbread with hummas, but then I just went right over the top with sugar. I don't know why it didn't make me very sick and I'm sure I would be better off if it had. I am worried that I have 'groomed' myself up to tolerating the sugar.
Seizure were lighter today, but still here.

okay on fluids and all vitamins.
hoping tomorrow is a 'sunny' day.
