Accountability - Sunday
Flea Market today and I had a blast. New day, new positive mental attitude..and I guess it rubbed off on the boys (dh and ds) so the day was rosey..I shopped until I dropped and then got home in the early afternoon and got stuff done. I prepared my lunch breakfast and snack for tomorrow because I'll be fasting until after they draw the labs for my Vitamin D ..
Todays eats:
Early morning: coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
Before heading out the door: double espresso latte
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices tomato and 2 slices rye toast
Walk walk walk at the flea market...3 containers of water, 24 oz each..
Lunch: chili cheese hot dog...and the bun with several slices of pickled jalapenos..just like we used to get 2 for .99 at AM/PM when we were living out of an ice cooler! Good memories! LOL.
snack before dinner: 1 oz honey roasted peanuts
Dinner: frozen meal of salisbury steak (1 patty) 2/3 cup mashed potatoes and 1/2 cup canned carrots cooked..
relaxing and watching old television shows and movies!

Calories: 1226
Fat: 63.8
Carbs: 103.2
Protein: 66.8
Yikes! hardly any protein...it just goes to show that bun on that hotdog was no good for me..But it's only one day and I had a blast and used up probably every single one of those grams of carbs. Tomorrow morning I'll probably be super grouchy cuz no espresso and fasting makes me just cranky!

Today was strained here. Seizures.. That put me on chocolate binge. I really need to get a new doctor. I haven't seen anyone since the move and I am way overdue for labs. I have a doctor's name and number written down and plan to call in the morning. Hope your blood work goes well.

Are they thinking a vitamin deficiency could be the root of the seizures? I've heard of that.
Yes, the lab work went well. They mentioned that I didn't have to fast, after I had, of course but that's alright. I'm done so I'm okay.
