Accountability - Friday
Another lovely day but windy again..and alittle chilly if truth be told..I got alittle busy in the morning updating computer files so I didn't get much of a snack. And yes, I did schedule my fasting blood work for my vitamin D for Monday morning bright and early at 7 am..The thought of MS maybe being coupled with Vitamin D deficiency scares the HELL out of me..Thanks, Mary! And thank you, Gramma for making me go outside when the sun was shining in Montana..
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffle with 1 small green apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso and soy milk(gotta love my espresso maker!)
7:00 am Probably only 16 oz of herb tea cuz I left my actual travel mug at work...darn it!
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half
1:00 pm salad: 2.5 oz cooked tilapia, 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1/2 zucchini raw, 1 oz honey mustard dressing
1:45 pm 1 oz mozzarella cheese
2:15 pm 24 oz drink mix, Lipton Mandarin & Mango Tea
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Mango Pineapple Stevia Sweetened
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
6:00 pm 2 beef tacos on flour tortillas, cheddar, lettuce, tomato..yum.

Protein: 111.5
I could even have a dessert..maybe I might. I have full days this weekend so I may have to do some housework tonight..I did alright today.

I am glad you are getting your lab work done! I will get mine done on Monday as well. It is a follow up on my osteopenia. I had put the paperwork away, but will pull it out and put it in my car. We spent the day in Poulsbo lots of walking and eating. I am tired!

Not ebough water and missed all my vits! Tomorrow I will do better! I did not eat too much but certainly not enough protein, but it was a vacation day. We are going to the Sequim Olympic Game farm tomorrow but I am packing our lunch to have with us and will eat breakfast before we go.

Today went much better. The first part of any day is usually okay, but by mid afternoon, the food trials set in. I had to fight with myself all day today, but I won.
Today:
11am (getting late starts this week) falafel and hummus (no bread)

3pm cheese omelet with 3 turkey bacon strips
4pm coffee and 3 more turkey bacon strips and a protein bar
5pm some flavored water (I never list regular water, but try to get alot everyday)

lots and lots of fluids and all vitamins

Great going! I'm having an attitude day. fighting the negative mental attitude that is invading my psychie today..and it's really a fight. I just want to put on some track shoes and RUN away from this house today..but hopefully, my attitude will improve and motivate the attitudes around me. hopefully.

I was in the same shape today. I felt like I just couldn't face the battle. Like everyday is a struggle. Then I realized that I have great support. Yes, life is a struggle and somethings we have to battle more often than others. But thank God, we only have to do one day at a time.
