With my dear hubby sick and thoughts keeping me awake all night..I'm dragging today! Auditors at my elbow all day long! yikes. Can I go hide under the bed?
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffle with 1 small green apple, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup
6:30 am double espresso and soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut tea
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated
9:30 am 12 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
10:00 am 1 carb quick cheddar biscuit from yesterday..not sure how to tally this but I'll figure it out! They're yummy.
10:30 am 12 oz drink mix with ice (well, technically the ice all melted!) Hawaiian Punch Orange
11:00 am part of my lunch: 4 oz ground beef cooked, 1 cup cole slaw and 1 slice pineapple from the ham cooked yesterday
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half
12:30 pm the rest of that cole slaw and ground beef
1:15 pm 24 oz drink with ice, GV Kiwi Strawberry Stevia Sweetened.
2:15 pm 1 medium tangerine
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea
3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated (seriously this day is as long as two days and I'm exhausted by it!)
6:30 pm home made deep dish pizza

Carbs: 94.8
Protein: 110.3
Actually, not bad at all. the pizza was over 400 calories..with a thin crust that I stretched even further to make it deep dish..
I did good.
