Not at all sure what my totals would be...but I was really really good until dinner and dinner was still pretty darn good.

Breakfast: 1/4 serving protein waffles with reduced fat peanut butter and sugar free honey

coffee (3 cups of that from 5 am to about 9:30)

a double espresso latte

24 oz container of water with drink mix..

Second breakfast about 10:30..2 scrambled eggs, 3 or 4 slices of tomato..and a bite or two of sausage gravy from dear hubbies biscuits and gravy.

24 oz container of water with drink mix

Lunch: well, no lunch really just a snack..1 oz mozzarella cheese with a hard boiled egg

24 oz container of water with drink mix

just before dinner, I had another double espresso latte

Dinner: ham, if I had to guess I'd say about 4 ounces of spiral sliced ham, a low carb cheddar cheese biscuit (made from CarbQuick), probably a half cup of home made cole slaw, a small red potato roasted

After dinner I had another double espresso latte..I have a sugar free cake with real sugar frosting but I'm not sure I want that..maybe I'll take that to work with me tomorrow! We have too much food anyway.

All in all not a bad day. I forgot about the sweet potato casserole and didn't get any (too full) but it was apparently yummy made with splenda..

That sounds great!  I am too embarrassed to post what I ate Easter.  I got very sick :(

May I ask how you make the double espresso latte?  Do you use decaf?

Thanks!

I have an espresso maker. I put in two scoops of espresso grind (I could do decaf beans but I use espresso roast, espresso grind-I have a grinder too)..and then I froth up 4 ounces of plain soy milk..two ounces of espresso and 4 ounces of soy milk..but it barely fits in a 12 ounce cup.

Don't worry too much about one day of off track eating..but if you got sick, listen to the lesson! Each day is a new do-over day..

Hi Dawn and fellow trackers!
I can't believe it has been over a week since I posted my foods :-(  Just wanted to let you know I'm still here, being good (snicker snicker), haven't gained (or lost) while I've been 'mia' and I have been daily tracking.  All my clothes still fit so guess I'm doing okey ^_^  I'll be back tonight (Monday) after dinner to get back into the groove of reporting in...man, times flyes by when you're having fun!
See ya all later on ;-)
