Accountability - Friday
Threw myself into a tailspin before the weekend even started. I ran out of waffles and didn't make any last night. I felt exhausted so this morning..you'll see! I made due..which isn't a good thing for me but I did it anyway..And then I fell on my face in the afternoon with a bagel and cream cheese...exactly what I was trying to keep from happening! Before I even thought about dinner, I was already at 1500 calories! Whoa..
Friday:
5:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1/2 apple with 1 serving of reduced fat creamy peanut butter (smack me now!)
6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am double espresso latte, plain soy milk
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, LIpton Passion Fruit Strawberry
8:15 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
8:30 am sandwich thin with 1 scrambled egg, 1 T reduced fat cream cheese. We're having a going away party for one of the girls this morning and they brought in bagels and they're warm and inviting and I'm in SO much trouble! But at least at this particular point, I'm too full to even think of it..the problem is, the protein percentage right now is at 17%..I will need to have a protein shake and I have it all planned (yeah, right!)
9:15 am 24 oz iced drink: decaf made and cooled, 1 scoop CarbThin Soy Protein Baking Mix (which also makes a great low carb protein shake!) in chocolate with ice! (yeah! brought my protein back up to 32%)
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, MiO Strawberry Watermelon
11:00 am 1 cup meatloaf, 1 slice processed cheese (left overs)
11:30 am 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, GV Kiwi Strawberry
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half
1:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg
1:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry (Caffeinated)
2:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
2:45 pm half a large bagel w/ reduced fat cream cheese (couldn't help myself on this one..I know I'm gonna get a stomach ache but it got to me!)
3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice,
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango
7:00 pm chicken taco salad with ranch dressing..yum. decided we should go out to dinner
So here are the sad totals:
Calories: 1909
Fat: 99.7
Carbs: 136.5
Protein: 123.9
Yup, I can do much better..but the percentages are still decent. Well, not really decent either at 26% protein and 46% fat..At least I have no where to go up UP tomorrow! We're going to the California Poppy Festival tomorrow so there will be PLENTY of walking..and lots of housework too..

Poppy Festival sounds fun. We are hopefully going to the Spring Fair tomorrow. It was too rainy and cold to go today; it is supposed to be better tomorrow. I only worked a half a day so it was a good day at work! I shopped in the morning for Easter Basket stuff, then went in to work for a meeting I did not want to miss. Home then off to the Y for ballet for DD and I got in a 3 mile run on the treadmill in front of an open window; felt good!

N 2sl Oven roasted deli chicken, 4sl Smoked turkey deli slices, all with a swipe of blueberry cream cheese each, 1 hardboild egg
1:00-4pm 2-20oz water w/Mio flavoring
4:30 S 2 handfuls tortilla chips
5:00-7:15pm 2-20oz flavored water w/Mio flavoring (LOVE this stuff!)
7:45pm D 4oz turkey patty on toasted slim thin bun, 1tsp mayo, 1tsp mustard, 2oz cheddar cheese slices
9pm S :-( 6-7 pc caramel candies
Totals: 1465cal 66.8g fat 64.5g carb 116.3g protein
Not bad really...just high calories for me..but protein was good. Plus I got a walk in at work plus hour and half of soul line dancing.
