I listened to the first program on my computer on-line the other day (which was a no-no at work..bad girl) but it's much better when you get to watch it. I so love the leader of the facility..She has a cool way of talking to us food addicts. When you are asked how you are you always answer FINE..Well, she says FINE is F@cked up, Insecure, Neurotic and Emotional...yup..that's me. LOL.
