Accountability - Monday
I could hear a pin drop around here over the weekend..where is everyone? LOL.I finally got a chance to watch the first episode of Addicted to Food on the OWN Network (279 where I am) and it's a bit of an eye opener I must say. It doesn't surprise me at all that the girl who had WLS has gained her weight back. We see it all the time on this board, don't we? I can see a little bit of myself in all of those people! Can you? It's all about control, isn't it?
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 1 small apple, sf pancake syrup
6:45 am double espresso latte,
7:00 am 24 oz drink mix, no ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
8:30 am hard boiled egg
9:10 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:30 am part of a chicken salad: 4 oz roasted chicken breast, 1 cup lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 2 raw carrots, 1 green onion, 3 slices cucumber, 1 oz cheesy italian dressing
11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Kiwi Strawberry
12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with non-fat creamer and splenda
12:40 pm the rest of that salad
1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin and Mango Tea
2:00 pm hard boiled egg
2:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Mio Strawberry Watermelon
3:15 pm 1 medium grapefruit raw
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach Mango (Caffeinated)
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Orange
6:00 pm 6 oz burger patty...might have been a bit bigger, I'm not sure. processed cheese slice, 1T mayo, 2 slices tomato on a bagel thin
7:30 pm 1 cup of potato chips..yup. I totally fell off the wagon tonight..do overs tomorrow..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1622
Fat: 80.5
Carbs: 110.2
Protein: 126.6
Still, all in all with a protein percentage of 32%..not bad especially with the water totals I got. I did all my vitamins, all my water...I didn't walk around much but tomorrow is a better day.

Evening Dawn...so sorry I was mia all weekend...went to bed Friday nite at 7:30pm (carb'd out and paid the price unfortunately), Saturday was on the run all day doing errands and then got involved watching a netflex movie with Hubby. Sunday was income tax return day...need I say more? LOL I liked your last comments...'do overs tomorrow'..today was my 'do over' day and I've been successful so far..maybe I should go to bed immediately! LOL

Good thing is I did walk every day. Today walked 2 1/2mi at work and then 1hour of soul line-dancing class ^_^
