Accountability - Thursday
Tonight Im babysitting my two granddaughters..one is asleep and the other is helping me type..so pardon any err0ors!
My eats for the day.
No protein waffles for the last couple of days..
2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon, 2 slices tomatoes and two sl0ices rye toast
before. that was a cup
of coffee and a double espresso lat0te.0...
I don't think I had any snacks but I did have three containers of water..
Lunch was a burger pattie on a bagel thin..no cheese
Dinner was home made chili con carne with black beans..yummy

Calories: 1247
Fat:" 62.2
Carbs: 86.9
Protein: 95.1
NOt bad at all. But back to ba0bysit.ting for .m.e...

coming in a day late but it's the routine, not the timing, right? LOL
Yesterday or Thursday, the 7th:
B strawberry protein shake w/water
2-10c decaf coffe w/SF creamer
L 1/2c 2% cottage cheese, 6sl Black Forest Ham,, 1 hardboiled egg
S 'several' (I lost count!) mini-bite size candies
3-20oz water w/Mio flavoring
S running errands...more mini-bite size candies :-(
D 1/3lb hamburger patty w/1oz chedder cheese, 1/4c green string beans
2-20oz water w/Mio flavoring
S Dannon Fit & Lite yogurt 4oz
It was a good thing I did get my 2.5mile walk in before lunch and then running errands did some more. And no excuse for the candies...they were just 'there' :-( My protein total was a little above 88g so maybe I beat the 'devil' this time with the walking, water and protein BUT Friday MUST be back on track! LOL
