Wanted to introduce myself.  I am six years out.  Almost two years out from divorce and I let myself gain 30 pounds.  Back to exercise and protein but looking for support board.  So glad to find this one!!!

Welcome!  There are several folks here that are out several years (I'm just approaching 2nd anniversary).

You know what to do--follow those rules, journal your food and EXERCISE!! 

Make yourself a priority--you are worth it!

 My niece lives in Goose Creek, SC how funny!  I am 8 years post opfrom my RNY and gained 90 pounds from steroids and some poor eating choices.  I have lost most of it, but have about 25 to go. Welcome and I'm here if you need anything!
