Another scope?

I had 2 scopes done last year.   September and October due to an ulser that healed over the opening of my pouch.  Well now I am having the same symptoms, and they are suggesting that I be scoped again.  Has anyone else gone through this.  To be honest the last two scopes and stretching didn't seem to last long maybe a week or two.  I feel like a need a do over on the original surgery.

Yes, this is very familiar territory for me too. I am 8 years out. I've had to be scoped at least one time a year. When i'm stressed out it's terrible. My pouch closes off from all the acid that stress provides. Then food and liquid (( including my own saliva) gets blocked and has to come back up, one way or another. After a full day of this I'm pretty dehydrated. My pouch opening has been stretched several times. Now when this happens, I try to weight it out a day or so. But no longer. Too many bad things can happen during this time period. If you've got ulcers, you really have to stay on top of this. It' s no fun though. Hang in there sister.
