Accountability -Sunday
A good day to all of us. The start of my vacation and I was too busy to keep track of my counts!
Breakfast, which always includes at least one cup of coffee (two today): 1/2 a breakfast burrito from yesterday
3 containers of water before the afternoon
double espresso latte
Lunch: more of the chicken broccoli casserole
No sugar free snacks either!
hard boiled egg for a hold-me-over till dinner which was a bit late..
another container of water
Dinner: 1/3 lb burger with cheese on a bagel thin.

I didn't keep any totals but I did make my waffles but this time I cut the amount of CarbThin down to one scoop..it lowered the calories by 25 and lowered the protein percentage from 42 percent to 35 percent..I don't think that will be a problem but we'll see.

Hi Dawn. Pretty good day here. Very bad storms tonight. Today I figured out that I'm not eating often enough. I loose track of the time and then get hungry and without food prepared and a plan in place, I just eat anything I can... So, I tried to be more careful today to eat small meals more frequently. Let's see how this plan works!
today:
9am cottage cheese, applesauce, pinapple
10am protein drink
noon chicken and cheese and coffee
2pm turkey and cheese wrap
3pm cake (I didn't say I had 'conquered' my bad eating habits, only that I'm trying to improve them...)
3pm coffee
6pm chicken and cheese
7pm homemade pudding
8pm a bit more chicken (the storm was really bad. My husband isn't here, it was just me, the storm and the chicken..)

protein: 110 grams
good fluids and all vitamins

My go to foods for when I have to wait to eat are hard boiled eggs and mozzarella cheese..I have those already boiled in the fridge so I just reach for those..I buy the cheese in 1 lb blocks. Half of that is 8 oz, half of that is 4, half of that is 2 and half of that is 1...so I have 8 one ounce sticks in a sandwich bag in the fridge..I had to do that because a big container of honey roasted peanuts was way too convenient..

I was horrible this weekend. I failed to plan my food out so even though I started the day strong I soon went off track.

B: 2 eggs over easy with 1 sausage patty
s: snickers bar (found in the car when cleaning it out)
32 oz. decaf tea
s2: sunflower seeds
32 oz. decaf tea
s3: lemon creme cookies
cherry coke zero (OMG!!!!!!)
s4: Activia Yogurt
D: Garden salad w/ grilled scallops & greek vinagrette dressing
lns: vanilla wafers
I'm not even going to run the totals. It wouldn't be pretty. I'll claim success for just coming and posting it. Oh and I lost 3 lbs last week during the first week of the office card detoxing.

forgot to pack lunch for my overnight shift; so wound up drinking XL turbo coffee from DD with 1/2&1/2 and i ate 1/2c reeses peices eggs (2 at a time over 9 hours)

had to go to church after work so stopped for another Large Turbo coffee from DD
3 "eggface" pancake/sausage bites (i added a scoop of protein to the recipe)

chinese buffet--**!!omg i had a 3" round egg foo young patty with gravy; 1 small spoonful of general tsos chix, approx 1/2c chow fun noodles; 2 steamed shrimp; 1 veggie sushi roll with wasabi, and 1/2 of a 3inch spring roll. DUMP CITY all afternoon
