Still enjoying my family here..we walked a ways at the Poppy Preserve and walked around alittle at walmart but also ate a bunch and not all good either.

2 cups coffee

another cup of coffee

double espresso latte

1/4 serving protein waffles, 1/2 small apple, sugar free pancake syrup

double espresso latte

2 scrambled eggs, tomato slices, rye bread


2 containers of water

a very over priced chicken salad at chuck e cheese! and a small slice of pepperoni pizza..

1 container of water

another double espresso latte

dinner was another cheese burger on a sandwich thin

No totals again and not enough water but I am going to have another couple of containers of water..I had all my vitamins too.

I did alright for vacation.

Oh Dawn, I'm so TIRED.. but I am happy to hear that you are enjoying your family. And, I did get a lot of work graded and the semester is almost over...

today:
10am cottage cheese and applesauce and pinapple
11am protein drink
noon coffee and pudding
2pm omelet and soy breakfast strips and coffee
3pm protein bar and pinapple
5pm chicken and brocoli (but not much chicken in it for some reason..)
6pm pudding
8pm plain peanuts (no honey roasted exterior, I think I will always think of you whenever I see honey roasted peanuts)and a fruit stick thing
11pm one York's mini peppermint patty

today's totals:
calories: 1470 (that's a bit better)
protein: 81 grams (that chicken and brocoli was real light on chicken..)

plenty of fluids and all vitamins.

not to bad, I think..

Thanks. I am having a great time with the babies..Thursday night I volunteered to take them for the evening and give my daughter a chance to meet with her girlfriends and her husband a chance to go see his uncle...They really are great little girls.

You did great..I made my own chicken and broccoli last week and went WAY overboard on the chicken because of that! I love broccoli too.

Afternoon Dawn & Leila
I'm a day late on this thread but since I was mia all weekend, thought I would bring myself up to par and get back to journaling.  When we go out of town on weekends, it's hard to keep up...I usually don't turn my computer on when we're 'camping' in our 5th wheel ;-)

Anyway, Monday was an excellent day!  I finally found the MIO drink addititive..wow! is that stuff powerful if you overdo the dosage LOL But I was able to get 3-16oz glasses of water in in less than 3 hours!  That is PROGRESS!!! ;-)

7am B  protein drink w/water only
8am-11:00am  3-8oz cups of decaf coffee w/SF vanilla caramel creamer
11:30am  2oz GV beef jerky
12:00  1/2c 2% cottage cheese; 6sl Oscar Meyer Deli Black Forest Ham
1pm-3pm 3-16oz water w/MIO fruit punch flavor
4:30pm 2oz GV beef jerky
5:00pm-7pm  20oz water during line dance exercise class
7pm-8:30pm  20oz Sobe flavored water
9pm 3oz pork chop, 1/2c green string beans
10pm 3pc carmel candie cubes :-( (almost made it w/o snacking)

Totals:  1009 cal, 29.9g fat (27%)  53.0g carb (21%), 130.2g protein (53%)
Now on to Tuesday!  dinner will be light; have a dentist appt at 3..3 cavities being fixed..don't think I'll be eating much afterwards. LOL

3 stuffed pasta shells (stuffed w/ ground beef & italian blend cheese) w/alfredo sauce

24 oz coffee w/ 1/2&1/2

20 oz sobe 0cal acai fruit punch
