Are you pre op?  What stages are you needing?  Each program is different.  Is Dr E still with St V?
He is an awesome doctor and saved my life!

I am post op RNY since March 29, 2011. Yes, Dr. E is there and an awesome doctor! If you have any spreadsheets you have made for the different stages from the beginning I would be interested. So far I am getting everything in like I should be. I am 63 and a little older than the rest in my "group" of classes.

I was going to suggest another website that has a yellow packet of information posted on it.  The website isn't very active, but used to be.  I believe it was started by a St V bariatric patient.  It's called wlsindy.com.  It's under site navigation on the right, Post Op Food Guidelines.  According to the website it is from 2008.

But here is a list of the vitamins I take now.

1 Multivitamin 2 tablets per day- take at bedtime
2 Calcium citrate 500 mg 4x a day (my levels were low it is normally after each meal) remember do not combine with iron or multivitamin
3 B-Complex - Super B, B100, or B50. 1 tablet anytime
4 Vitamin B12 shot 1000mcg each month

Then I take the following because my levels were low

1 60 mg Ferrous gluconate or ferrous fumarate
2 vitamin a 10000 iu each day

Hope this helps!
