All in all not a bad day. I'm trying a new casserole recipe tomorrow night with broccoli and chicken so I have to bake the chicken tonight..planning! It's all about PLANNING...But you know what my nemesis is? Honey Roasted Peanuts..argh..I guess I'm gonna have to stop buying them cuz I munch on them after dinner and don't put them on my list..frankly, I'm afraid to see what my numbers would be. The only saving grace is that I haven't gained any weight..

I did fair! Busy day at work, but that is a good thing. I missed my run because it was Science Fair night at DD school. I just finished a Biggest Loser Last Minute workout on comcast on demand. All my water and such.

Well, I totally blew it today...couldn't begin to identify everything I put in my mouth. Meals were ok but it was this afternoon and after dinner...peanuts and darn carmel candies. Hubby and I had to go to court this afternoon...and while it was really uneventful, the stress and not knowing what to expect just threw me backwards. Have been drinking my Sobe waters and did make sure I got my vitamins in...but the snacking was bad :-( Only good thing I can report....I didn't touch the darn mini candie bars or chocolate chip cookies my co-workers insist on bringing in!! And I did take the pups for a short walk tonight ^_^
Oh well, tonight is almost over...tomorrow is a bright new day. I will be back on track..and you are right, Dawn...PLANNING is everything! Heading to the kitchen right now to get breakfast and lunch for tomorrow lined up ^_^

Honey roasted peanuts! I finished them completely off Wednesday...and I should NOT buy any more. It's all up to me and I can't control myself with those in the house so they have to stay OUT..So far I haven't had to *pay* for them in scale numbers (this morning 125.8) so I'm still safe but...there will come a day!
Walkiing the puppies is great! I need to do more of that and while the weather is good, I may just do that..Maybe while the grandbabies are here..I'm old and grumpy so if they start to get on my nerves, I'll just grab the dogs and walk..

Morning everyone. I couldn't get on to post last night, but Wed. was a pretty good day for me. I checked my Sobe and it is the zero cal. type. I tried the Yumberry Pom. and it was great. I have a black and blueberry in the fridge. God willing, I am going grocery shopping today and I am anxious to try the great chicken recipes. I have a guest coming for supper tonight and you can bet we'll be eating chicken something..

Good Morning!!! We got busy at work and then I stayed busy once I got home. Yesterday was a pretty good day. It was day 3 of "Carb Detox" at the office and the brain fog, funk with a side of grouchy and lethargy sat in. I've found that a little yogurt seems to make it manageable. Today I woke up feeling GREAT.
