I'm looking at the list and the first thing you started out with is bread..Maybe stay away from bread and see if that doesn't solve the munchies all day long. When I don't eat bread or crackers at all, I don't feel so compelled to eat goodies..It's like the bread calls to it's friends and makes you want to eat more of them..Just a thought.

Otherwise, you're doing well! Keep up the good work. See ya.

1300-salad with mixed greens, apple, walnuts, chicken in a light vinagrette with a slice of flatbread
1800-tilapia, cabbage, light ranch dressing, salsa and a low carb wheat tortilla
2000-sf shortcake, strawberries, reddi whip
all my water and such, no exercise. Monday is approaching quickly!

We used to spend our Saturday mornings at Costco and end up having "Breakfast Dogs" there..Those hot dogs are the BEST! I'm thinking I could eat one but I'd have to eat it without that nummy bun..and of course, I'd have to have water instead of the coke..maybe next weekend! Strawberries aren't in season quite yet so the strawberries I've been eating have to have splenda sprinkled on them..The weather is getting better this week so we'll be outside alot more. At least that's my hope. Keep up the good work. See ya.

I'm saving the baths for the dogs until next Saturday evening. My grandbabies are coming Sunday or early Monday morning..so house cleaning is on the list this week..This weekend we cleaned all the cobwebs from the ceiling and upper walls! Wow. What a job! carpets cleaned, throw rugs and blankets all cleaned..bedding organized..I stayed pretty busy but still sat on facebook. We got invites to two parties at facebook for family. My step mom's family invited us to a gathering in Palm Desert the third weekend of April..and my dad is turning 77 in June..

Staying busy is a good plan to keep from eating much, that's for SURE! If only I could keep the snacking to a minimum..

You did great! Keep up the good work. See ya.

You got those pesky spider webs too??  I swear you would think we were holding an anachrid convention! LOL  April should be a great month in Palm Desert...much later and you are dealing with 'hot' but I guess with all the rain we've been having, 'hot' sounds pretty good LOL
Enjoy your grandbabies!  My youngest just started walking..and has progressed very quickly to running....so glad it's momma and NOT grandmamma who has to chase her ;-)
Have a good day

The real problem with spider webs is that I have to wait until dear hubby wants to get rid of them. Why? Because daddy long leg spiders remind him of our pet hermit crabs and he wants to keep them. Heck, he will even swat flies and FEED them! So since it was HIS idea to clean out the cob webs, we could do that..far be it from ME to waste this opportunity to get rid of those things! LOL.

We have 11 grandchildren, these are just the youngest two but I do enjoy them a BUNCH..Their daddy hasn't taken many vacations over the years (12) and now that he knows he is welcome down at our place and enjoyed the visit so much last year...they're coming back this year too. Hopefully they can bring ALL the kids one of these times..They're still in school and his vacation isn't lining up with their spring break so they're staying home with the other grands to go to school...but I'd love to see them too..

I know all about Palm Desert..My grandfather lived there for years. We visited once in July..needless to say I didn't ever go back..LOL..I like my own desert where it cools down at night.

You have a good day too.
