Accountability - Saturday
Did nothing outdoors today other than hanging laundry and taking it down. The sun is shining but the wind is biting cold! So I cleaned carpets and bathrooms and got together some stuff for the weekend my daughter and family will be here. I'm too excited for words!

6:00 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, strawberries and sf pancake syrup

10:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
11:15 am 3 oz chicken breast baked, 1 sandwich thin
12:45 pm 24 oz herb tea, Bigelow Lemon
2:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:00 pm 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Hazelnut
5:45 pm 5 oz lean burger patty, processed american cheese, 1 sandwich thin, 6 french fries, ketchup and mayo
Probably later:
another 24 oz container of water or herb tea
Dessert: 4 large strawberries and 1/2 cup NSA Non Fat Ice Cream

Carbs: 134.2 (OUCH!)
Protein: 117.7
The carb number is from two sandwich thins..bad! Tomorrow the number will be better. I'll probably do some yoga later..

Long day today! I woke up a bit late so I had to catch up with my run group at the end of the trail; the turnaround point. Two of them ran back with me so I did not have to run alone and then they ran back together to the starting point. Friends are nice aren't they? Purchased some new tile for the kitchen and then took DD and three of her friends to see Diary of a Wimpy Kid; cute movie! Played at the park for an hour, home made dinner and now the girls are changing into their PJ's; somehow this turned into a slumber party!
1000-eggs w cheese, veggie sausage, lc toast w lite butter and sf jelly
1400-WW entree and animal crackers
1630-movie popcorn; not too much and only 10 Junior Mints
1930-meatloaf, sweet potato, brocoli
Probably a skinny cow or HC fudge bar later. I did not get anything when I took the girls for ice cream! a 3 mile run all my water and such. Feeling tired from that iron infusion today but will feel better next week!

Today is our 12th anniversary and went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner ;-) It was so much easier because I planned my whole day/meals...from breakfast to dessert. ^_^
9am 8oz decaf coffee
10am Protein strawberry shake w/8oz lite soy milk with 3 fresh strawberries
11am-2pm 2-8oz decaf coffees, 8oz Sobe flavored water
2:30pm 1/2c 2%cottage cheese
3:30pm 20oz Sobe flavored water
4:30pm 2oz sirloin tips w/1tbs gravey, romain lettuce salad w/1/4hardboiled egg, 1/4oz shredded cheese, 1/2oz mushroom/onion, 1 tbs ranch dressing, 1 wheat hard roll (obviously the measurements are all estimates...I brought almost all of the main meal home LOL)
7pm 5pc SF Dove Raspberry creams
7:45-8:30pm 2-8oz decaf coffee
9pm 20oz Sobe flavored water
Totals: 709 calories 32.4g fat 60.2g carb 75.9g protein
I'm really happy with my choices...didn't reach my 40% protein but I might still add a protein drink but all in all, a good day ^_)^

Wow...those are some awesome numbers. On celebration nights I sometimes will have two or three TIMES that..But you've been measuring long enough that I bet you can guestimate serving sizes...I'm usually pretty darn close anymore.
