Well, I have alittle more than a week to get ready for my daughter's family (my two granddaughters) to come for a visit..I did alittle housework but I'll be doing a bunch more tomorrow..

I've had two containers of herb tea and two containers of flavored water..three cups of coffee.

My eats for the day:

protein waffles with strawberries and sf pancake syrup

2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon, 2 slices tomato

2 oz tilapia on a sandwich thin with american processed cheese

chicken breast, broccoli and mashed potatoes..

totals for the day:
Calories: 1215
Fat: 53.0
Carbs: 93.9
Protein: 106.6

all in all not a bad day. How did you do? Remember, do overs tomorrow!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Evening Dawn. I keep trying to make my days look more like your's, but I am still eating to much bread and sweets.. with all the problems that accompany that..

Well, practice makes perfect.

Today:
11am (late start) bread and cheese and pinapple
noon protein drink and coffee (with protein creamer..)
1pm tortilla, beans, and custard
2pm coffee
5pm creamy potatoe with cheese soup
6pm 1 serving of vanilla wafers (I counted)
7pm mini mint patty and more coffee
10pm custard

Today's totals:
calories: 1556 (still way too much for me)
protein: 98 grams (that extra protein drink as a creamer is a charm)

lots of fluids and all vitamins

now off to bed.. see you tomorrow, God willing.

Evening Dawn....I've been successful increasing my fluids, (seeing you using NSA chocolate drink was a great find!).  Didn't reach my protein goals but 1 day is okey...numbers are still good ^_^

7am  Slim Fast chocolate drink
8am-11:45am  38oz decaf coffee, 8oz NSA chocolate drink
12:30pm  3sl Hormel deli chicken w/1tbs strawberry cream cheese, 1/2c veggies (broccolli & cauliflowerettes), 1oz shrimp
1:15pm-4:30pm   20oz Sobe Flavored water, 16oz Propel Free water
5pm  1oz peanut
(6:20pm-8:30pm line dance class)
9pm  1/3lb hamburger patty w/1oz cheddar cheese, 1/4c green string beans
Totals:  1123 cal  65.7g fat  45.8g carb  88.7g protein

Thank goodness it is the weekend...I have been soooo tired the last 2 days. It's almost like somebody pulls the switch and I'm drained of all energy :-(  Sure wish I would sleep for more than 2 hours at a time.  I go right back to sleep but why wake up in the first place!??  Oh well, I'm heading to bed...see ya all tomorrow!
