Up at 5:15..I'm trying to email myself throughout the day like I do at work..it didn't work too bad but it meant I had to check into my email several times during the day..still, not a bad thing just more time consuming than I'm used to..All in all, I got enough exercise for me and I could do more with the Wii..I wish my husband could quit smoking because if he did, I'd have no excuses about exercising..none.

6:30 am waffles with 4 large fresh strawberries and sf pancake syrup
 
7:30 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut (as I'm doing some light house work and facebook)..looking for something to do and waste some calories..
 
8:30 am I went for a walk..I thought I was walking pretty fast but dh was worried after I was gone for a half hour..I walked alittle over a mile..a mile and 1800 feet. about a mile and a third..
 
9:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat - oh and a half small apple.

10:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

Spent 21 minutes on the wii doing yoga for about 18 minutes and alittle strength and some aerobics...very little actual time (21 minutes) but the big surprise is that last year when I stepped on the wii I weighed over 7 pounds more than I do today! Yikes..I never intended to lose weight but I must have lost muscle from not exercising! I need to work on that!
 
11:15 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Caramel
 
12:15 pm 1.5 cup of homemade chili and 2 oz chicken breast meat from last night..yum
 
1:00 pm double espresso latte with sf kahlua syrup..yum..alittle strong on the syrup but I can adjust it next time.

3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix without ice, GV Strawberry

4:30 pm 24 oz herb tea, Vanilla Caramel (well, most of it but I'll fini**** in a while
 
5:00 pm 4 oz cooked tilapia, 3 flowerettes broccoli (cooked) and 1/2 cup cooked scalloped potatoes from a package
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1264
Fat: 48.5
Carbs: 94.7
Protein: 125.8

All in all, for me, a perfect day! Tomorrow is shopping day and that means some walking..where did I put those pads for my tennis shoes? Gotta find those..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I did okay;so far!
0930-eggs and veggie sausage, salsa
1130-4 pieces of those 30 cal flaky twists- forgot their name
1345-roast beef panini
1600-2 more of those twists
1800-meatloaf 1/2 potato, brocoli
all may water and such, no exercise. On my way to Toastmasters Meeting
Tomorrow is Friday!

It is so good to be back on the post. I missed reading everyone's post at night. I survived the past week and now things are calmer. I am armed with my food log and reporting in!

Today:
10:30am flat bread and cheese
11am pinapple and my regular protein drink
11:30am coffee (today I tried my new Creme Brulee protein drink as a creamer in my coffee.. wonderful)
noon more coffee
2pm soy chips
3pm torilla and beans
4pm coffee and custard
5pm mini-mint patty
6pm custard
7pm beans
8pm peanut butter on a spoon

today's totals:
calories: 1531
protein: 105 grams

lots and lots of fluids and all vitamins.

Evening Dawn and fellow posters
I'm dead tired, have fallen asleep twice since dinner :-(  Rain has been non-stop all day so no outside walking and after work stopped at the nail salon to get nails redone.  Came home to make dinner and fell asleep shortly thereafter.  Posting here and then heading for bed..

7am  B  Slim Fast chocolate shake
8am-9:30am  32oz decaf coffee
10am-10:30am  Swiss Miss NSA hot chocolate
11am-11:30  8oz Propel Free water
12:30pm-1:15pm  L  2pc chicken tenders, 1/2c 2% cottage cheese
2pm-2:30pm  8oz Propel Free Water
3-5pm  20oz Sobe Flavored water
7pm  - S  6 SF vanilla cream sandwich cookies (w)as too long since lunch
7:30pm  D  2.5oz shrimp, 3/4c cut up veggie mix (cauliflower, carrots, broccolli), 1tbs asian sweet/sour sauce
8pm-9pm  8oz Sobe flavored water
9:30pm  S  1pc chicken tender

My goal of 40-50% protein is right on track...and the lbs are beginning to drop!  I am sooo relieved...I was getting really really frustrated.
TOTALS  921g cal  29.9g fat   73.g carb  103.8g protein
I'm happy...now on to tomorrow! ^_^

Good Morning!!!!!! Yesterday was a fairly good day. I definetly got my liquids in. Between a 50 oz water bottle that stayed on my desk, dcaf coffee and light cranberry juice - I fel****er logged BUT this morning the bladder infection seems to have retreated.

B: Egg Beater Southwestern omelette
s: 1/2 a donut (mindless eating so I threw it out after 3 bites)
L: Chicken Soup
s: Activia Yogurt
s2: Assortment of Veggies & Ranch dressing
D: Pork Chop, Steamed carrots & Pasta salad

Duh....when I drink steadily throughout the day I don't want to graze. Imagine that? I learned that strategy years ago and it still holds true.

Got all of my vitamins in. I really didn't get exercise in but if you count how many times I jumped up and ran to the backroom I think that counts ---plus all that getting up and down has got to count for the dreaded squats they trainers make you do. Since I'm still trying to get that much liquid in again today maybe I'll incorporate some lunges when I'm getting off the toilet.  I may have discoverd a new exercise fad.
