I have to say that I really tried to get in my water in today!I really tried and it shows. I got in three containers of water and there will be one more too. I got a serious wake up call cuz I had a bad headache this morning waking up. It felt like a hang over so I knew it was dehydration..

No early breakfast..

2 cups coffee. No espresso today!

1 oz mozzarella cheese

24 oz container of water

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices bacon, 2 slices rye toast no crusts, 2 slices tomato

24 oz container of water

Lunch: 3.5 oz corned beef and 1/2 small boiled potato

24 oz container of water

Dinner: 2 cups homemade beef chili..dear hubby made the BEST..with refried beans, lots of beef, lots of beans..yummy!

I think I deserve a dessert tonight too..so I've included an apple. A small one, microwaved with splenda and cinnamon..

I'm sorry you're having problems with preparation..Maybe carrying emergency choices with you would help? packaged stuff that you can heat and eat or make ahead things and freeze them. This last weekend we found chicken breasts marked down for a really cheap price. I wrapped them in foil with spices and baked them..then let them cool and put them in single serving bags (snack size, 4 oz each) and froze them..they work good on a sandwich thin or on a salad..or just heat 'em in the microwave and eat 'em with a fork..I make my waffles ahead of time too..I keep them in the fridge and pop one square (1/4 serving) in the toaster..

I pack 24 oz bottles with ice in my lunch bag too..In any case, you get do-overs tomorrow..Keep trying. You only lose if you quit trying..

See ya.

I had a decent Monday. Got those vitamins in. Got a fair amount of water in but not enough. I've discovered that having a bladder infection is reason to need to drink but at the same time more than enough reason to not want to drink. UUUGGGHHHH.

Commute: Blueberry Smoothie
B: Breakfast Tortilla
L: Tuna Salad on a wrap
s: Oreos (straight from the devil)
s2: Decaf Coffee with the good stuff (Whippped cream & French vanilla creamer)
D: Homemade Pork BBQ & coleslaw
lns: Vanila Wafers (it's all the dog's fault - he wanted a reward for being a good boy - that's my story and I'm sticking to it)

If I could just muster up the will power to stay away from the bad carbs I'd really be doing okay. Once I sink my teeth into them it's like some ongoing battle between good and evil for the rest of the day. As far as exercise ....I cleaned house like a crazy woman after I got home. I hate house work but for some odd reason I've been nesting lately. It looks good and I feel good.

See yall tomorrow.

Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.

I hate bladder infections..I take some cranberry juice (from real cranberries) about once a year for that..When Thanksgiving comes around, fresh cranberries are around so I juice some and drink it like that..no sugar or anything..

I had to cut out the white carbs completely because of that thing with them..one bite leads to a binge..You still did good..Keep up the good work..see ya.
