Acountability - Saturday
First day of my week vacation and I'm exhausted! I guess I shouldn't have stayed up till midnight last night visiting with friends and then get up again at 5 am..but with a vacation, you wanna make sure you don't miss a minute of it.
Today was all about laundry! 4 loads and cleaning bathrooms. Tomorrow will be church and more cleaning. I think I might go through my photos from last year and see which ones to have printed so I can scrapbook them..
Eats for Saturday:
Coffee with NSA Swiss Miss
#1 Breakfast: 1/4 protein waffles, s/f pancake mix
Double espressso latte
#2 Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs and tomato slices
24 oz container of water
Lunch: 3 oz corned beef, 1 small boiled potato and mustard
12 oz Double espresso (6 oz) latte with cocoa powder and malt powder (ala Hungry Girl from todays show)
Snack: 1/8 cup roasted soy nuts
Dinner: 5 oz burger patty with cheese, whole wheat bagel thin with lettuce
I think I may be heading to bed about 7 pm tonight. I'll take a container of water with me cuz I'm seriously short on water..I'll try and do better tomorrow with that.

Vacation; how nice! Your daughter is coming if I remember correctly? I am so tired, I am going to bed soon! I got up early to run with a friend; 5.5 miles, one of which was all uphill! My legs are tight, I may soak in some epsom salts before bed.
Watched DD performance after 10 weeks of acting and singing lessons; really cute. My favorite was Edelweiss from Sound of Music.

5.5 mile run, not enough water but close, missed most of my vits; will catch up tomorrow. I am sore from pilates yesterday; she tried to kill us I think!

My daughter is coming the week of April 4th so I'm taking even more vacation time then too..If I wasn't using that time I'd have 12 days of vacation left for the year..I have plenty.
That's alot of running and uphill is tough..busy busy day for you..but it sounds like you had a blast..GOOD..
