Wow..that protein number is pretty darn good..Awesome actually..Watch out for that sugar free treat stuff..it will give you either a nice sized tummy ache or cause *a laxative effect*...that's my favorite (sarcastic!) . I even recommend that stuff for people who get constipated. LOL.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

This time change stuff gets worse on me every year. I totally get being so tired that I slip a digit here and there..Since Tuesday was Pi Day (not Pie day...) math was on the fore front of my mind.

Treadmill time is great. They moved one of the places that I go and deliver paperwork so I have to back track across the parking lot TWICE...makes me walk twice as far..woo hoo..

Keep up the good work. See ya.

They never really grow up, do they? And when they're sick??? Take an extra 10 years off their *age*..LOL.. the love of my life is 68 years old but he's more like having a pre-teen in the house some days. Oh well, keeps us young.

Isn't putting a drink in your hand during commute time a great thing? Now when I start up the car, I get thirsty automatically..I can drive in 100+ degree heat, with the top down on the convertible so long as I have a nice ice water with flavor packet in the cup holder..yum.

I love South Beach Meal Replacement bars..peanut butter..

Pair the fruits with a protein and you've got a good mix..peanut butter on an apple (sliced up) or cream cheese on celery..yumm.

Keep up the good work..See ya.
