Evening Dawn
I don't have totals but think I did ok considering.  We slept in after staying up wayyyy too late last nite and then spent the afternoon at the State Railroad Museum, walking around for about 3 hours.

B  2soft boiled eggs, 1sl extra fiber wheat bread, 2pc turkey bacon
2cups decaf coffee
20oz Sobe fuji apple water
L  1/2 tuna sandwich on 2sl dark sweet wheat bread, 1tbs mayo, lettuce
20oz Sobe fuji apple water
6pc carmel candies
D  1/2 tuna sandwich (other half of above)
May be a little more in calories than I usually eat but on the whole, I think it was ok.  The tuna sandwich was from a sandwich shop near the museum...sure was good regardless ;-).  I just don't know how to count the bread make up.  Tomorrow is work, so will back on routine ^_^
See ya then

Another beautiful sunshiny day. Didn't get quite as much accomplished as I did on Saturday but still a productive day. I'm beginning to think I'm OCD - now that I've been planning out my food for the day I went ahead yesterday and planned out the meals for the family ____for the entire week!!! I even precooked a number of things. It made leaving for work this morning extremely easy. Just grabbed a couple of containers out of the fridge and lunch is done.

Back to Sunday:

B: Click & Chocolate Silk Smoothie
s1: Banana
s2: Apple & LF String Cheese
s3: Peanut Butter on Celery & Hard Boiled Egg
D: Fried Chicken Wing (1) 1/2 c. Potato Salad & 3/4 c. French Cut Green Beans

Got my Vitamins In. Got lots of water & decaf tea in. Took a walk and played frisbee with the kids.

Blessed are the flexible for they shall not be bent out of shape.
